User's taxonomy

Drupal has a taxonomy system integreted in core which is common for all users. And are there module to allow users create they own taxonomy terms? I.e. pairs user-term will be unique, but terms may be identical. It will be useful, for example, to organizate blog entries by subcategories or to separate images by photo albums.

There are two modules you may want to look at: the community_tags module (http://drupal.org/project/community_tags) and the taxonomy_user module (http://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_user).
