Could this module also be attached to the Payment module? http://drupal.org/project/payment
Also is this possible NOT to be redirected to the bank's site?

Regarding integration with the payment module, please open an issue on the payment module issue queue.

This module works with NO redirection to the bank. It works through the bank's XML API. As for redirecting, this is another type of payment, it will require a different module.
