It also changes the default value if the node already existed, but no entry exists for this node to FALSE, because this confuses people in that sense that in case you just enabled it, you won't see the comment if you haven't toggled 'Enable Facebook comments on existing content for the selected content types.'

Updated patch. Fixes a small bug for the extra fields as well (sometimes the fields was available although it wasn't configured.
