I am using a very dark background, but trying to use the bubbles, or horizontal, etc., background textures dont have any effect. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Bad documentation...

The textures appear only as a textured overlay behind the Featured Panels and the Bottom Panels (the five column bottom panel).

This needs update and is wrong:

"This setting adds a texture over the main background color - the darker the background the more these stand out, on light backgrounds the effect is subtle."

Needs to be:

"This setting adds a texture over the Featured Panels and the Bottom Panels background colors - the darker the background the more these stand out, on light backgrounds the effect is subtle."
