INSTALL.txt misleading ?

I am trying to install smileys.module but I am confused by INSTALL.txt.

It says:

1. Create the SQL table. This depends a little on your system, but the most
common method is:
mysql -u username -ppassword drupal < smileys.mysql

then:

(a) Add the included example smileys to your SQL tables by using:
mysql -u username -ppassword drupal < examples.mysql

But no .mysql file is included.

Maintainer: do you need a co-maintainer? I co-maintain many modules and I can assist you with small tasks like with this issue.
