I was wondering if any one has a fix or has looked into the functionality for automatic subproduct generation.
I would really be able to upload a product and have the subproducts, which are already defined by taxonamy using EC Live SubProducts, generated and go into my store.

well ... what i want to do is; for users to be able to make an account, then be able to upload a 'file product' in to the store,(which is all good so far) this 'file product' can then be bought by an unregisterd user, who can choose a licence, [a,b,c]. But i don't want the uploading member to have to assign/generate these subproducts, i would like it if, all products of type 'x' would automatically generate subproducts upon upload / submit.
so, i want to be able to skip a part so that all products automatically have subproducts.
sorry if that is un clear, [i am loving subproducts by the way :]

well, its will only be able when the new ecommerce module be released. The new ecommerce will allow you to mix some features (subproducts and file, shippable and subproducts, auction and file) and create new product files.

So your parent product can has a file and all your subproducts too... but for now, you will need to program a new module that includes file and tangible subproduct codes.
