In the get-files.php file, several places where the _take_control_fb_validate_paths function is called, are missing the leading underscore. This causes most file / directory operations to fail.

I have re-enabled the dev release for 7.x branch. The same should be available inside 12 hours. You can safely update your installation from 2.3 to 7.x-dev version, or just extract the get-files.php file from that package and overwrite in your installation.
