How to add text before the User List ?

Hi. I use this very good module to show a list of all the members of a site (those are workers in the same firm). This helps visitors to find the telephone (for exemple) of someone … But i need to add a few words before the list ; something like "Welcome here, you'll be able to find anyone, you can use serach features to find it, etc etc". I could not find anyway to add this text. Maybe it seems stupids but my client absolutely want this. Thanx
