Switching from beta to release candidate.
Updates since the previous release:
- Issue #1558504: Disable forward setting for content types not supporting it
- Fix argument order in strpos() call.
- Fix argument for determining if feature is debut.
- Update versions of contrib modules.
- Issue #1475824: Remove patch on captcha; resolve overridden captcha components
- Regenerate feature to get latest Features generated code changes.
