I have four 'Issues for...' blocks on my dashboard, and the sparklines are messed up:

(Sparklines from Drupal core have mysteriously moved to Bot Rules, leaving an empty space behind; other two are correct)

IMHO, dashboard blocks could well live without sparklines - if you add an issues block to your dashboard, you're likely already familiar with the situation in the issues queue.

I'm not sure there's a bug here with this module, since anything more than a single sparkline being shown on a page seems to be working, I have no idea what's going on, and I don't know how these blocks are cached.

Any discussion about whether or not the statistics should be shown on the dashboard should take place in the Project Issue queue, either at #1556468: Visualize project issue metrics on project pages or a new issue.

This issue was tracking the deployment of the feature onto www.drupal.org. If there's a problem with how the sparklines are functioning for a specific user, that needs to be it's own brand new issue.

This one is fixed.
