I am trying to get a filefield-media remote stream wrapper audio URL to render in Media Element.

It shows the player and detects the length of the remote m4a but does not play, just sits.

Late response, but I'm wondering if this is still an issue. Media Element has been undergoing some changes lately, as shown in this issue: #1748952: Add simple HTML5 file field formatters for <audio> and <video> Currently, I use Media Element with local files on my podcast website, and it works fine. However, I'm planning to migrate my audio files to a cloud or CDN (such as Amazon S3), and I am considering using this module. I'm wondering if anyone still has this issue.
