Enhance the D7 version of media_webcam.
Look to handle the following tickets:
#1507892: Error on uninstall
#1364534: Webcam image snapshot not saving
#1352352: Add config option to use another Flash recording widget (patch attached)

Also add the following features:
- Integration w/ Media module as a tab for creating new videos/snapshots.
- Add a behavior to provide obvious feedback to the user that a video is recording.
- Add functionality that allows videos to be captured on a larger form submission (not just after hitting stop)

Given that no code was added to this issue and it hasn't been updated since creation, is there a reason for this to be its own issue? The above listed issues are all separate issues and should probably be handled in separate patches.
