Releases for Block Assign

This release includes the following fixes:

• Incorporate some features of bpv module, which is partially redundant (most notably, make the module override default block visibility functionality and disable the default form fields). Warning: This feature overwrites any PHP code in the "pages" textarea with code necessary for the module to operate correctly. Please don't install without first making sure this data loss will cause you no hardship.
• Fix installer to honor table prefixes.
• Make module comply to Drupal coding standards.
• Prevent uninstall from causing "undefined function" error because blocks contain references to a function that the uninstall removes from the environment.
• Add a tab to the block admin to allow for content/block association within the block admin context (rather than in a disassociated module admin).
