We've found about 30 of these warnings in our logs, ever time Droptor requests data from our site:

Notice: Undefined index: project in droptor_modules() (line 365 of /sites/all/modules/droptor/droptor_feed.inc).

This seems to be a similar bug as found in this issue: http://drupal.org/node/1025862

Thanks again for reporting this. Fixed in the 6.3-dev branch. You can use that version, it's stable. I should have an official 3.0 release in a month.
