This error occurs
- on saving an updated entity with an availability field
- when the default state may not be chosen by editors to update the availability
- and the availability field is not updated

The 2nd situation may occur e.g. when the default state is 'not communicated", and that state may, obviously, not be chosen by editors to change the availability state.

Fix has been committed. This issue is solely here in case others search on the message.
