In a way to simplify "theming" for newbies, but for anyone else indeed, I think that would be good to be able to use the Title, Image, Video or Workflow fields as other ones. Screenshot: http://drupal.org/files/issues/Image%207.png
Enabling the "greyed" fields would allow editing weight and thus their place in the page, it would allow assigning them to groups, etc...
It may concern the development of each of the listed modules (but I didn't want to duplicate), as I was told that it had nothing to do with CCK ( http://drupal.org/node/154490 ). But isn't it CCK which displays them?
ConTemplate doesn't solve this, as far as I know, but I may be wrong.
