Add a helpful link to the admin/config/communitymedia/checklist page directing people to the actual checklist (admin/reports/communitymedia-checklist). i can post a patch on this soon but need to get all set up with drupal on git, etc first.

The checklist's configuration page is still a work in progress and likely will be until we either figure out how to actually achieve the original feature request or we rethink that workflow.
