Statically cache results of content_content_field_content_type_content_types

I'm seeing a fair amount of time spent in content_content_field_content_type_content_types() on panels pages that are used for nodes with a lot of fields. A static cache could offer a pretty big win here without much of a downside (that I've been able to see yet anyway). Patch to follow.
