Not sure if this is a Ubercart issue or not. Here's what happens using May 10th Dev version

For my Custom Payment, I set a condition to only show when "Check an order's number of products" = 1
I add two products to cart and click checkout.
I'm presented with an option for "Free Order".
I think this worked in previous Dev versions?

Sure would be nice to get this issue working too (http://drupal.org/node/1373236#comment-5879720), as it may be the reason why some of the conditions are not working with this module?

Ignore the issue above, this module does check for number of products in cart and displays accordingly.
