I have enabled Ubercart "Payment method pack" and at "admin/store/settings/payment" when I try to click on "conditions" beside "check" it takes to a "404 error" page (page not found).

It says:

The requested page "admin/store/settings/payment/manage/uc_payment_method_check" could not be found.

Is this a bug?

Can't reproduce this. If you've upgraded your Ubercart, make sure to clear the menu cache.

After clearing the cache the problem went away....
