I have node autotitle plugging the event date into the event node titles, when I change the date on the calendar by dragging it around I was hoping the date in the autotitle would change too, but it doesn't. Not sure if that can happen or not.

This is actually a duplicate of #1511586: Fullcalendar drag and drop doesn't trigger node_save(). Comment over there after trying the patch, if it doesn't work there is likely a bug in node autotitle.
