Will investigate further, installed this last week, just discovered (or rather a user did!!) that login link is not shown in menu when on any page except when I manually navigate to user/login then it suddenly re-appears. Disable this module and my 'login' - 'logout' and 'my account' works as normal.
It may be something to do with my config will report back.

Actually the login menu link is shown when navigate to user/login, user/register and user/password pages but not for any other pages.

I just installed this module, and noticed this as well. It makes the module rather useless. Any plans to fix this?
