not working with pay to publish module, If using pay to publish, after clicking "next" it skips the rest of form completion and goes to check out. FYI

You're referring to the commercial Pay to Publish module available at http://www.moneyscripts.net/drupal-pay-to-publish ? Presumably not http://drupal.org/project/pay2publish based on your version.

We went with Commerce Node Checkout FWIW.
