why it's not have its own widget like HS?? it doesn't show up.

@b8x it should have a block available in your Block administration. the name of the block is "Relatedness". is it not there?

Field name to collect the terms *

with empty options so i can't select anything.

The module relies on the entity field that you created. so you have to create your field first then assign it to a node.
