It would be great if options exist to:

a) initialise the default user level.
b) reset all user levels.
c) perform the above operations on a role-by-role basis.

I do offer some limited operations in the admin/user/user area - that is you can select a set of users and then set their level. Drupal doesn't provide hooks for doing operations on all users or users by role so I'll have to write this. I do think they sound like useful features so I'll add them to my list. Thanks.
