Simple Package Tracking: Two email notifications are sent

Issue

When an email is sent to the user by checking the "Send e-mail notification on update" checkbox, the standard update email is sent in addition to the tracking number email.

Proposed Solution

I think this can be solved either by suppressing the standard email, or by removing the separate conditional action email and just pre-filling the values that get sent into the standard update email.
