I set all modules, everythings work fine except when i delete my two membership type !

I have two membership types
Candidat
Recruteur

When i delete the two membership type from /?q=admin/user/nf_registration_mod
And i create them again with the same name, i get the name twice on my registration form in registration page, i delete everything from pageroute, account type but i still get the membership type in the registration page

Also when i checked "Show this node profile during user registration." in the node profile content type, when i choose a membership type, i get all the forms from the two membership types even if its not selected, the show this node profile during user registration" get out all permission ;

sorry for my english and thanks a lot for this great module

Sorry again i delete all cookies from the browser and i still get the same problem

Your English is fine.

First, see step 3 of the USAGE section of the README. You do NOT want to "show this user profile during registration". We're doing something else instead.

Second, I'll look into the deletion problem. Meanwhile, if you have database access, go into the 'variables' table and delete the entries for nf_registration_mod_XXXXXX. There should be four variables. You'll have to set up this module again, but your node types and pageroutes will be fine.
