Issue Summary
When logged in as an authenticated user, after to click a link to create new content, the bar at the top of the page that typically displays what group you're in says instead 'Not currently in any group'.
For example:
I'm logged in as an authenticated user.
I click the Announcement link to create a new Announcement.
On the Create Announcement page, the top of my page looks like this:

I suspect this might be confusing for people. Even though they are actually creating content within a user group, this message might make them think they've somehow left that group. Can we hide this notification on the content creation screens?
