How do I clear the Recent log entries when it's not part of the statistics module? I've set the "Discard access logs older than:" to 3 days under Access log settings, and yet the Recent log entries spans back to Jun 28, when I installed Drupal.

Does anyone have a solution?

I found the solution. It's under "Error Reporting".

I can't find it, plz show me location or path to "Error Reporting".
