Greetings,
thank you for a great module., this is going to come in handy at my site.

If you should go back into the code for this module, would you please consider adding the below features.

1) In Settings: an input text area box to have the option to use a different "sent from" email address. I was thinking a non-reply type email address would come in handy. Autoresponder - This is an automated email account please to not reply to the email address... blah, blah. blah

2) In Settings: an input text area to add an additional comment to the outbound email. Header area , footer area .. doesn't matter -- both would real cool :-)
