H1 in Garland theme wraps

Issue Summary

If you use the default Garland theme, and create a sIFR rule to replace the H1 element in the header, this will not be rendered correctly. The header text (even if not small title is used) spans to next line.

For exmaple using the site tile Drupal results in:
