I'm getting the following warning:

file_get_contents(/community/modules/og_teampage/og_teampage.css) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /opt/htdocs/community/modules/mimemail/mimemail.module on line 291.

Many thanks for any suggestions. Its probably something REALLY simple! If so, Sorry!

If the world would be really simple you forgot to upload og_teampage.css to the og_teampage directory!
Please download and use the last -dev release of og_teampage AND mimemail!
I think, it's a problem with mimemail. In the latest version line 291 can't be the reason so please install the newest version and tell me, at wich line the error occurs. It should be 300. If installation of newest versions does not help, I'll install mimemail on a testsystem an will figure it out but ... no time today!

I have the latest modules installed. This is the cut and paste of the error I am receiving:
