There is conflict between "Date Copy 5.x-1.5" and "Gallery 5.x-1.0". Whenever the "Date Copy 5.x-1.5" module is enabled the Gallery menu link stops working properly and displays a blank Gallery2 page. Removing the "Date Copy 5.x-1.5" module fixes the link.

I just setup a fresh install of Drupal 5.1 with CCK 5.x-1.5 and Date 5.x-1.6. Everything is working as expected even with DateCopy (5.x-1.6) installed. Please update to the latest version of all modules (especially Date 5.x-1.5 => Date 5.x-1.6) and try again.
Maybe you have another conflicting module installed or there was a bug in Date 5.x-1.5. However atm I cant reproduce ...

The same is true for your other two issue with EventRepeat (http://drupal.org/node/157454) and VolunteerTimeslots (http://drupal.org/node/157450).
