I have a page with two vocabularies. One is a topical vocabulary, and nothing is selected in that one. The other is an access control vocabulary. One of the access control vocabulary's terms is "Everyone." In admin/user/taxonomy_access/1 (1 = term ID for Everyone), under the Access control vocabulary, I have View permissions for Everyone set to A. The default View permissions are I. Everything else for this term and for the other terms in this vocabulary is set to D or unchecked.
An anonymous user should be able to view a page that only has the Everyone term form this vocabulary assigned to it. However, when I visit this page while not logged in, I just get an access denied error.

aren cambre commentedI got the node in question to display by turning on view permissions to uncategorized nodes to anonymous users. This is incorrect behavior because the node does have one term selected in the second vocabulary.

aren cambre commentedI imaging this is irrelevant by now.
