In the block, when mouse in over a tag, the term description is showing. But accentuation is bad.
We can see things as : éinstead of "é" ....
There is no problem elsewhere in the website, just the description that appears when mouse is over the term in the block generated by tagclouds module.

I tested, and accentuation was OK.
But as translation of terms does not work at all, it's not a significative test.
My default language is French, second language being German. I have always term name and description in French, with correct accentuation. That does not say that accentuation would be correct if I could get term name and description in German.
Vocabulary is localized.
