Description
I would love a feature that allowed me to define how I would want my taxonomy terms mapped to Technorati tags.
I have a blog where I use interesting and wordy terms as my story categories. These terms are designed to set a mood and make sense within the context of my site -- not so much Technorati. I'd choose something more basic if they were Technorati tags -- and I'd use the same tags every time for the topics. For example, "cats control me" would become "cats." "DIY Diva with a drill" would become "home improvement." Being able to set up that mapping one time would save a lot of time, and then I could add extra tags, maybe, as the story called for them.

The module is flexible enough to use taxonomy as defined in Drupal for Technorati, or manual entry of technorati tags, or a combination of both.
Among those, you can really do what you want with a little manual entry.
So, this should really be a "wont fix".
