Hi!

Is there a way to make taxonomy menu display items based on menu tabs, built on different sort criteria, like "most viewed", "best voted", "newest"?
I was able to do something like this by overriding the default taxonomy_term view, but it l looks like taxonomy_menu doesn't use this view..

You can use views with taxonomy menu (at least in the D6 version, but I think the latest D5 version can too).
Also, additional functionality is being planned for the 3.0 version of TM (D6 only though).

This issue is very old and outdated, so I am marking as fixed.
