In a local multisite installation I installed the module and enabled all roles to access the site if authentication is forced.

Then I put "Force authentication" to "always", entered a username and password for a guest user and left all the other options default-values.

If I try to access the site now I just can see the logo and the site-name. But there is no login-form.

So how can I access the site now? What am I doing wrong?

HTTP auth is OK. but HTML is not working nothing shown on page

I can confirm the same issue, also when you do log in, there is an error displayed on the screen.

Warning: array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 178 of /var/aegir/platforms/mesite-7/includes/entity.inc).
