Drupal developers and designers wanted for multiple projects

Hi,

My company is a UK based web design and web development agency offering corporate and freelance work. Once again, we are completely maxxed out with work and are looking for Drupal developers to help us complete NINE outstanding projects. The right person / people would work with us on the following basis:

1) You would have one or more of the following skills:
- customising Drupal modules or module development
- strong PHP and/or Javascript skills
- strong themeing skills (Flash skills would also be a distinct advantage)
- good knowledge of CSS

2) Our relationship would be business-to-business - I'm not seeking to employ anybody but am looking for freelancers or part-time developers

3) You must be fluent and fully conversant in English. Sorry, I am not multi-lingual and I find it difficult working with poor translations into English

4) Be prepared to work at developing the relationship - we would be working together on the sites I have been commissioned to construct - and I believe it will take a while for us to establish where each of us are strongest and therefore the best, fastest and most effective way for us to develop our clients websites in a way that works best for them

5) Be willing to do excellent work for good money. If your prices are too high, I won't use you, but if your prices are too low, I will tell you. Why? Because I want one or two developers that I can work with regularly over the next few years who I feel I can trust

6) You can be based anywhere in the world as long as you're reachable via IM (I prefer Skype or GoogleTalk) and email

7) Do not be a rep from another web development company. I'm not interested in handing my work or clients over to so-called outsourcing companies based in India, Russia or anywhere else. Only contact me if you're a one or two-person band. If you're not, don't be surprised if I don't reply.

Once you have looked over those, let me know which ones you are interested in and ask me any questions you may have to help you be able to offer me a quotation for the work. I will need fixed pricing (not "by the hour" and not "rate-work") and a fixed deadline / timescale. If you cannot work in this way, please don't get in touch - you will be wasting your own time as well as mine.
