I have an online job portal with drupal with a custom premium theme, and i add some options to the end user and also for admin.

If you have a portal job, you also need to make some moderation specialy if you website is public ! every job offer need to be moderated ! I am using Modr8 module, Captcha !

I order to simplify the users life, i am using a Toolbar Menu to set all links that the user need to add job, modifiy his own job. I am using Workspace module to give the users a space to edit/delete/modify his jobs offer.

Every job portal need a monetise solution ! i am using adsense (module).
Every job portal website need a Resume Database, (PDF, DOC), every user can create a cv/resume and attach file (pdf, doc) and the webmaster can create a view so Companies can search and download resumes.

I am using Facebook social/twitter, everyone can share job offer...

User need to create an Email alerte by categories etc! i am using feedburner to keep people in touch with the last offer by email.

Search by Location is needed for job portal website, so people can search by country/city etc.

These are all great suggestions but are mostly on the "nice to have" side of things. Despite attempting to be as fully-featured out of the box as possible, the immediate goal at the moment is stabilizing the core functionality in order to have a stable beta and building up from there.

Captchas, monetizing and sharing won't be implemented as they are way too specific and can easily be implemented by the site builder using contributes modules. 80% use case is as far as we want to go with this! :)
