Sorry if it's a stupid question, I can't find a way.

I want to convert a views page into a bloc, just this. Could you tell me how ?

The page is one of the defaults views pages.

It will depend on if the view takes contextual arguments (which will at least require additional effort), but you can edit the view and add a block display.
