Fresh install of 6.x-dev with devel-6.x-dev. Created 5 users with devel. Edited one changed name and password to test. Revealed the below warning with a success of change in the information. Tried again with another one got the same messege.

Using os x and mamp with php 5.1.9 and mysql 5.0.16

I tried to reproduce the bug but nothing happened, no message, changing the password and username was OK. MYSQL 5.0.38 and PHP 5.2.1, Apache 2.2.3.
