API site a week out of date!

For some reason, recent commits (such as the DAPI roll-back) have not appeared in api.drupal.org even after a week or more.
See, for example, http://api.drupal.org/api/HEAD/function/confirm_form and compare to the code in CVS.

I will look into this.

The cron job to update API's CVS checkouts was disabled during server maintenance and was not turned back on. It is now back on. The site will take a few minutes to run through the entire queue of changes, but is updating normally.
