Admin link for registration role is not in an administration category

Issue Summary

Registration role seems to think that it is worthy of equal billing with "Content," "Settings," "Users" and the like. The menu link for its administration pages needs to be placed under "Users."

I think the module author just made a typo. Here is the patch that fixes the problem. I tested it and works fine.
