Is there a module available that can use a geographical map like the United Kingdom and possbly link to content stored on the website?

For example

A document/page is tagged as London, this will then show up as a marker over London on the map which will then enable the user to navigate to this area and can click a link to be taken to the document that is stored on my website?

Yes, i have done a search and there are a few modules regarding maps but i wanted to know if people knew a module to fit my needs.

I will still keep reading down the results page and see if anyone else responds
