Or maybe I am just missing it. The IPCT Core schema 1.1 specifications includes "Rights Usage Terms" as a metadata property.

What do I need to select in the exif content type field in order to pull this data from an image, or does code need to be added to the exif module to make this possible?

Hello,

This is an XMP only tag. You have two options:
- use the old SXMP libraries but it is not a easy task as it is mostly a dead project,
- use the exiftool integration to extract XMP fields. This is the recommended way.
