I'm attempting to theme Fusion Swimmingly and I am turning on the "Enable grid overlay mask for administrators." option, but no button appears.

Is the admin menu that comes with COD interfering with the grid overlay button?

Can that menu be turned off? (I was new to Drupal 7 and am being introduced to D6 retroactively with the COD distro.)

It's been 3 years I'm going to assume you sorted out your issue with Fusion Swimmingly if not post a screenshot so I can try to reproduce.
