We have a new dev site that is behaving strangely. We have our user login form (system default; nothing custom) displaying in a block. When you click the Request New Password link (url http://mysite.com/user/password/ajax) it opens a popup - not an actual window, but an overlay (although without the semi transparent dark background that the admin overlays get.) If I enter a valid username or email address, everything works fine. If I enter an email/username that is not in the system, instead of getting an error message in the login box telling me it's an invalid username, I get a page full of ajax text:

This site was originally developed on Drupal Gardens (where it worked correctly.) We then exported the code and placed it on our own server. I'm guessing we're missing something, but I don't know what.
