On the page "my subscriptions"->"rss feeds" on can access all content posted in the forum even though it is under restricted access with the module "forum access". It works flawlessly under the "category" tab. There inaccessible threads are not listed.

Removed unneeded paramter from the subscriptions_get_user() call. Now the current subscriptions are displayed in the feed.
Added a false statement to where clause to prevent displaying all content in the feed if there is no subscription active.

1.9 is not maintained anymore, and the RSS feed has been removed from 2.0.
