What I want is to be able to access all the comments in the forums, no matter from which kind of node are from. Or automatically create a new forum topic after a new node is created for its comments.
In sum, I want all the site comments in the forum.

Not in the UI
This isn't possible thorugh the UI. Only forum nodes can go in the forum.
